An eight-week beginner bodyweight strength training program that requires no equipment (although you might want to recruit your couch, kitchen chairs, and maybe a bed sheet). Bodyweight Basecamp is loaded with exercise tutorials and programming information so you are set up for success as you get started. 

This program is also a great choice if you have not exercised in a while and want an approachable re-starting place. The exercise variations start from the novice to the low-intermediate level and can serve as a steady on-ramp to barbell and athletic training after an injury or other extended hiatus.
